for hay fever sufferers, for most, local honey will make it go away, except pressure headaches.

pepper + sneezing helped those.

sharing the great tip(s). I do buy local honey, and my allergies are so silly/stupid bad, that my Singulair barely works. Trying 🍯 with my morning tea. 🍀
