Anyone here ever try gyroscopic wrist exercise balls, or even simple "baoding" (Chinese exercise) balls ?

There are several companies selling these gyroscopic balls, with breathless testimonials from people whose lives were turned around after using them for a short time -- oldsters stayed out of memory care homes, etc. And there are substacks on redit (never use it, don't remember how to spell/punctuate it) attacking at least one of the companies selling them as a racket. What are DUers personal experiences ?? I was intrigued at first, but now my skepticism runneth over.
