http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-19241924

The Cochrane Group's report said chemicals in cocoa, chocolate's key ingredient, relaxed blood vessels.

However, there are healthier ways of lowering blood pressure.

***GASP -- there is nothing healthier than chocolate! how dare they suggest any thing but....

Forget where I first heard that, but it's one of the first laws of nutrition.

I was indeed under the impression that BACON cured everything - but it may be that bacon requires chocolate.

"However, there are healthier ways of lowering blood pressure".

Yes, I know. Austerity. The wave of the future. Don't ever eat anything delicious. It could lead to dancing. You need excuses for this kind of indulgence.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Chocolate, therefore, is good, without caveat. Anyone who thinks otherwise can just eat it. No seriously, they can just eat it. It's yummy.
