Cool new feature on IMDb TV/Freevee

When you move the cursor, it IDs the actors on the screen and if there's music playing, the band's name and song!

If you haven't checked it out, there are a decent number of watchable movies on the free service. There are some commercials, but there aren't too many and they aren't too obnoxious.

I had always figured there would be a lot of ads on it so I never even looked.

I will check it out.

That I'll probably review next time called "Auggie". Very thought provoking.

Created by Greg Garcia, it’s about inmates getting released from prison because of the Coronavirus outbreak, before they even knew what it was. I haven’t seen the pandemic used as a backdrop before and haven’t enjoyed a series this much since Ted Lasso.

Funny show. The only thing I don't like is the one actor's voice (the guy who was in prison for marijuana). It's so whiny. But other than that, it's pretty off the wall funny. Thanks for the rec!

I think I need to go to the library to activate one of their streaming platforms.

It has ads, but they're quiet and not frequent.
Thousands of movies. Many from the 50's. Closed captions.
Watching the Blues Brothers now!

And I regularly watch "Naked City" and the "Johny Carson Show". Great stuff to watch before bedtime!
