Netflix: :Dark Waters"
Excellent movie on the class-action suit brought against DuPont Chemical for their Human/environmental damages caused by PFOA-C8 , an unregualted chemical used in the creation of the Teflon coat.
Mark Ruffalo plays the lead role as the lawyer who batttled DuPont's legal army of lawyers and eventually won this huge case. Worth a watch.

(43,938 posts)1. Terrific movie and acting by Mark Ruffalo. The real corp
lawyer he portrays, Rob Billot has a brief cameo in the film and did some media interviews about the corruption case. Thanks for posting.

(31,729 posts)2. Still processing this movie. Disturbing on a very real level. A corporations sole purpose is to make money.
Humans are a secondary concern to the prime corporate mandate: make money. "Better living (for some) through chemistry.".

Factual and disturbing.
Corporate greed over life.
