"Side Effects" on Netflix
I'd never heard of it in spite the well known cast - Jude Law, Rooney Mara, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, but it was excellent. Starts off kind of slow and sluggish, but I think that adds to the overall suspense.
From Netflix:
"Emily copes with her depression by taking antidepressant medication. But when her dire state apparently spirals out of control due to her husband's prison release, she turns to a new medication that alters her life forever."

now that you mention it, and I wasn't expecting it to be. You know what I mean. Anymore and I'd have to give a spoiler alert.
