If you like Science Fiction, there is a good series on Netflix.

I started watching a Danish language television series called "The Rain." It is so good. It takes place in modern day Denmark as a toxic rain containing a virus kills off the population. A brother and sister, children of a scientist, survive for 6 years in a subterranean bunker only to emerge into an underpopulated and dystopian world. It pulls you in quickly.

I was happy to read that Netflix renewed it for a 2nd season.

It's more than I have time to watch, everything from mindless diversion soap opera "sci-fi" (Lost in Space) to deeply troubling dystopian fare like "The Rain."

Sideways from harder science fiction, and into the realms of sizzling comic book fantasy, there's Luke Cage and the completely over-the-top exuberant Sense8.

I always watch movies in their original language with subtitles, even English language movies. My first language is reading. I learned to listen and talk later, although people who know and love me are still telling me my listening skills suck.
