The Romanoffs "The Violet Hour" is a delight

If you like good writing, wonderful acting and pretty scenes of Paris, you won't want this episode to end. While all the ensemble is at the top of their game, Marthe Keller delivers a tour de force as the bigoted descendant of Russia's tsarist family who is forced to accept a bright young Muslim woman as her caregiver. Watching it is like enjoying a fresh croissant, the shape of which is explained by Keller's character along the way. On Amazon.

I'm thinking I will wait at least a few weeks before watching. Good to know it is a good show.

I liked episode one more than episode two.

Marthe Keller is brilliant in this first episode. I love the way her relationship with Hajar blossomed.
