Looking for the title of a time travel movie

I saw it several years ago on Netflix. It's a low budget movie about a guy who comes from the near future and arrives at a party. He can only stay for a short time but returns several times at various times during the party. There's a scene where he charts out his returns on a chalk board at the party. Anyone know the title?
