A neighbor of mine in Ross, CA by the name of Eric Greenberg became famous some years ago for among many things, including building an unapproved and non-permitted "Wine Cavern" into the hillside where his "Versaille" was located, to the more infamous public spectacle of him selling wine that was fraudulent.....

Italian vines in and got tipped off they were gonna check on him so he got some California vines to give inspector and passed. Owner tells this story when u visit. Thanks BIF
