AA, NA, likely the other groups refer to meetings in rooms.
They are a place for people in recovery or families/friends there of can meet and talk.

Aware of the system but wondered if we had "rooms" here on this board other than these threads?

I am good also, today. Family here. Clean and sober.

9. I am not new in the rooms..

Originally I came into the rooms in 1980..for Overeaters Anonymous. In June. Within a couple of years, I lost a lot of weight and kept it off for 36 years..Then, in 2006, I realized I was addicted to some meds I was taking, so I started to got to AA. Been off those for over 11 years. I go to lots of different rooms. CODA (Co-Dependents Anonymous) EA. Emotions Anonymous...and so on.. Sometimes I go to certain meetings and sometimes I don't. I pray every day..And try my best to stay in touch. I am not perfect, but I try my best, today and everyday. Best wishes to everyone in the New Year..!!!
