We could certainly use experienced voices here. I've been in the rooms for three years, have 31 months, 2 weeks and 4 days, One Day at a Time. Haven't quit smoking yet, am actually finding that much harder.

18 months, 6 days.

Non-smoker since March 26, 2001.

What an amazing journey.

it's a tough way to go -- you can get drunk and forget you quit.

I'll be smoke-free 26 years this January 6. Quit drinking September 25, 1987.
