Tuesday (last week) - Laid off
Wednessday - Ambulance vsiti to ER
Trnsferred me to regular hospital
4 nightsw there
back one day
next day ambulabnce trip to ER (Tues?)
Day's stay

Hopefu;y meet withs surgeon on Monday
Otherwise life is srcewed up.

Dunno what prompted the ER visits, but I sure hope you can get stabilized for the holidays. Hospital is not a place I like to spend holidays in, although I have spent some there.

.....they were taking blood almost every day. Have you had any Neupogen injections? It's so damned expensive, about $200 a drop, but it helps build WBC almost overnight. I was told it would help platelet count too, and it did. You know as well as I that when you are at the nadir of some chemo treatments, you are about as close to death that anyone wants to get. I do believe this drug saved her life....that day. Of course, there was a tussle over whether the insurance would pay for it, so I told them I would pay them for it personally if the insurance refused. I never saw it on a bill, so I assume they did pay for it.

I have had Neuopogen, but they'reonly for bulding write blood cells, not red. What I need to do is eats of protein and maybe have an infusin ortwp.

and a red blood transfusion if needed. MDS can play havoc with the RBC ... many hugs.
