This is my friend's third round with cancer.

She's had chemo for all three and still is in the process of the last round.

My question is what's going on? Her face, neck, arms are white and her ankles feet are dark brown. Not swollen, just very brown.

What is this?

Changes in circulation, changes in hormones, die off of certain cells perhaps affecting red blood cell count, affecting kidneys and cortisone levels, liver changes. Chemo is powerful stuff.

My grand daughter's hair (before it fell out entirely) turned a weird shade of strawberry blonde and was curly. Now, after her last two rounds, her hair is coming in the natural shade and texture: dark brown and straight as a poker.
