anything, except the proper medications.

They teach a type of cognitive therapy that is very very helpful. There is even a FB group where people give examples and you can practice using the program. It's free but they ask for donations.

These kinds of maladies can be so difficult to treat. My wife is 59
and has suffered with Panic and Agoraphobia since her late teens.
According to one of the many doctors/therapists she has worked with
her condition was brought on by abuse as a child.
Decades, literally decades of treatments, meds, therapy and counseling.
She was still unable to even go shopping without someone with her.
No chance at all of going to a movie. Even church was a struggle.
I started getting her different researched CBD products. After about 8 months
of trial and error we found a couple of products that quite simply have
given her enough control over the panic and Agoraphobia that she now can manage
a more normal unrestricted functionality in public.
We have been married for going on 40 years and went to the show together late last year
for the first time. Unbelievable. She continues to gain confidence in dealing with crowds and
spaces as time goes on.
Hang in there. Don't give up and don't give up hope.
