Need to rant


I have Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia... just started a new medicine for the PsA and it actually seems to be doing well.

Last night I missed a step on my friend's stairs and took a side tumble on the last step onto the asphalt. I shook it off and yet as I was driving home I could start to feel my ribs getting sore, my neck getting stiff, my knee doing a little jig...

So I took tylenol, soaked in some cbd and went to bed. Wake up feeling that awful ache in all the usual places, now the whole body decided to get onboard. (Had a car accident 2 years ago and still get the occasional "concussion-migraine" ) Today the migraine came to play too

found a bruise on the opposite arm, never though i hit inything there. The ankle that rolled is a nice shade of inflamed red and a tinge of purple. The opposite hip has been a flare spot, and is now jumping onboard with shooting pain all the wy to the shoulder...

I'ts nothing to warrant a trip to the ER or imaging...just my body going bonkers due to a shock to the system. One that would be nothing to most people, fucking ruins my whole day and now I have to go lay down again.

I try to take car of and "love my body" but days like this I fucking HATE it.
