I don't know about all the benefits described in the video (I'm no smarter and my eyesight is still lousy), but besides the weight loss I'd had a lot of back and knee trouble for years and now that's all pretty much gone. It's also nice to spend time outside, even just walking around the neighborhood.

I'm using my phone to measure step count. I want to know on what basis mobile or application provides the information?
