need to add some strength exercise to my work outs. One thing I’ve been doing now is to add about 50 yards of hard sprints to every half mile. Just bought a couple of dumb bells at a yard sale to help out.
Got a pacemaker a year ago and that didn’t slow me down. My miles have gone up and times down. Heart doctor is impressed. 72 years old and didn’t start running until after 60.

Thank you for your feed back.

I have also a weight belt I use as change to the routine.

Just changing the speed of the walk is enough to give you a good workout.
