I wonder if the possibility of injury is increased. For some fitness buff it may be easy. A 7 minute workout is likely to attract someone looking for a quick alternative. And in doing so may injure themselves trying to keep up the pace. Just a thought.

I usually do a few months strength training, then switch to a more cardio centric type of training. Incorporating weights & quick rest periods. Even after a few years of doing this I still find my form faltering at times trying to keep pace.

I'd give this workout a shot, but a few changes here & there for my own comfort. I hate doing dips on a chair like that. My arms are very long. I end up with shoulder pains.

I once did step classes and ended up taking physio for my knees which surprised me because I cycled everywhere but the therapist told me that cycling only really strengthens the calves. It seems that the muscles at the top of my knees were weak so the step classes put an inordinate strain on them.

Here are really nice and most informative article is written by you. I am totally agree with you. According to me the best way to weight loss is just dieting and exercise. So, try to do both for effective results.
