Set simple targets to achieve, and watch for the circular reasoning. Walk or excercise.

If you are getting panics or phobias especially if they're keeping you indoors; breath slowly and regularly, relax as far as possible. If you can remember find something that you find calming or lovely to visualise, do so but watch out for hearing, music can trip me up badly.

Above all remember we don't know how bad it is for you but we do know we want to help

try spending some time outside. my day (weather permitting) usually begins with an hour on the porch drinking coffee, smoking, futzing around on the intertubes and listening to the world around me. usually get a half hour or so in before bed. i love sitting on my porch. this is the time of year i love to spread a blanket on the grass and enjoy the warm with a book or look at the stars.

the sunlight will do you wonders.

drinking tea always helps me feel better, i usually go for peppermint.

good luck and be good to yourself

I used to go through periods where they just stopped working and we had to go to something else for a while. Sort of like when you have some really good decaf but every so often, it's like talking a gulp of hot water.

Today was uncharacteristically overcast, even looked like rain for a few hours. So, it was dark and cold all morning and I felt it physically. I was sleepy and dull until the sun started to come out, until I shook it off long enough to get my light box out. It works so well for me, it should get a name, lol.
