I feel

Sometimes I feel sad,
Sometimes I feel hopeful.
I might feel empty or,
I might feel fulfilled.
Some days I feel lost,
some days I feel enlightened.
Sometimes, my body hurts,
Sometimes, my body is numb.

What I do know,
If I’m feeling,
I’m healing

Most of you know my story.
I fight fiercely for LilBit.
I fight harder against my brain. Don’t know why I posted this. I have about 500 “thoughts” in my journal.

Good mistake I guess, happy it touched a few.

I might add....

If I'm feeling I'm learning
about life's realities and my true nature.

What a journey!

healing without feeling. Our inner voice might confuse us and say that feeling pain means we’re doing something wrong and should protect ourselves by burying our feelings. Experiencing pain and grief, if only briefly, is truly hard work. It is purposeful work, and it is not wallowing in pity ir sorrow as some would lead us to believe. We should give ourselves permission to feel all emotions, and rid our lives of any of society's pressure to conform and perform. The only way out is through.

Sending you strength on your healing journey
