Soup-phase in the morning until proper amounts of coffee......

It's amazing how varied my days can be and seems to depend on my diet and activities from the day before, and how good or bad the news is around our world. My do-list is perpetual, always seems a mile long and resides on little notes stuck into my keyboard.
