my new lack of sadness depression

Good morning
I struggle with BP2 and SAD.
Last year, I moved from NY to SC in part to reduce the symptoms of SAD. It worked. I didn't get overly depressed last winter or this winter so far.
However, I have been struggling with a depression that I have never experienced before.
I don't have feelings of sadness, failure, or despair.
I do have extreme fatigue, irritability, and exhaustion.
I can't get enough sleep.
I'm struggling with concentration, self-care, and eating.
"I feel an emptiness inside, to which I cannot relate".

I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts about what I am experiencing. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

It’s a simple sugar that helps the body make ATP. Do it in morning first thing. Wait 30 minutes before eating.

I take citalopram (celexa) and it does a great job for me with all but sleeping. I can't get a decent night's sleep. I hope you can find relief for your issues.

We can't at our ages. Please consider this as well. The depression might be a side effect of brain disfunction from such things.

I hope you find some peace.
