Some antidepressants are affected by y caffeine consumption

My Dr bumped up my med in late November. After about 3 weeks I noticed that my usual coffee mix was bitter tasting; so I switched to Yorkshire Gold tea, which I have been drinking for more then 2 years. Yesterday morning I had my usual to teacups over an hours time. 90 minutes in I was vibrating with anxiety.

A bit of googling & I found, that for some people with anxiety disorder, caffeine can be a problem.
I left a message on my patient portal & am cutting back to 1 teacup, maybe 10 ounces a day.
This sucks. I enjoy the taste & the whole ritual of tea making.

I stocked up before the prices start to sky rocket.

Sometimes I switch out to a nice cup of Typhoo or P&G Tips tea. I like my tea 'Builders' style - nice and strong. I worked with a woman who made a cup of tea by dipping the bag just two or three times, toss it away and then add sugar. Ah well. To each their own.

The caffeine withdrawal headache was pretty strong the first day.

The mixed half caffeinated half decafe coffee has been there since early December, I did make a mocha Sunday using that mix, but I did not get the vibrating anxiety, just a pleasant lift.

I have been drinking coffee since I was 14, that was 50 yrs age.

and I have also been drinking it for about 50 years since my teens. You must be around my age. I had to really cut back the caffeine though, a decade or so ago. My body just couldn't handle it anymore. I do a cup of caffeinated in the morning, and decaf the rest of the day now. But after learning this, I may have to just cut the cord on caffeine altogether.

Good luck!
