Tweaking Meds & Nausea

Hot tea with a sugar is all I can hold down this weekend. I'm being careful to drink water as well, but this is starting to get annoying.

2. My meds got adjusted last week, and I'm feeling nauseated when I start to prep food.

I'm pretty sure my stomach will settle, but that feeling of abdominal tension & roiling not pleasant.

3. So sorry.

Kind of having the same problem. Pretty sure mine is due to antibiotics I'm taking after having a tooth pulled. Just trying to stay hydrated at this point. It'll pass. Hang in there.

4. How about chicken broth.

I can usually handle that. Jello is OK too. I have had nausea related issues for years for different reasons. Some people suggested I try pot (which is legal) and I did try is several times but it didn't help. Tea and coffee have caffeine and that is hard on my stomach.

5. Caffeine is a major component of my blood stream☕

The chicken stock is a good idea.

6. Yes.

Homemade chicken soup sustained me during chemo, and last week during my insane tension headache, Lipton's kept me going . The warmth, the sodium, will keep you going. I hope you feel better soon!

8. Popsicles?

Perhaps the ones that don't have pieces of fruit in them. Good way to get more fluids into you.
