Just received word of this today in an e-mail from my local Representative. He is one of the sponsors.
Does "right" mean requirement?
The bill does not list the administrative sanctions, criminal penalties, or remedies.
I hope the ACLU and Planned Parenthood are aware of and doing something about this.
