Kamala Harris summed it up perfectly.

“These extremist so-called leaders would dare to say and suggest that that individual, furthermore, will not have the right to make decisions about what comes next as it relates to their body. This is immoral. It’s unconscionable.”

It sure feels like it. I marched. My family, friends, millions marched. We were horrified by that election. Did we make matters worse?

I marched in DC with a lot of friends who were horrified by the election results.

I think trump would have appointed anti-progressive and anti-choice hacks anyway.

Thanks for the reply!

Amongst a million other examples, this asshole buried his former wife and mother of 3 of his children on his golf course for a tax break. He wasn't paying attention to the largest protest in the nation's history.

Mostly. "Pussy hats" and all. His response must have been to get his own back. A public display of pure animosity of him surely wasn't really going to change him. But it felt real good. I think it hardened all of the right wing's resolve.

I marched, too, but I didn't think for a second that he was going to give a sh!t that we were doing it.

I always felt that we did it for ourselves and to send a message to the world and to each other that yeah, that orange baboon is potus now (damn it), but that doesn't mean we're all just going to roll over and play dead for the next 4 years.

He didn't care. He wasn't ever going to care.

At the time, I remember wondering if he thought all of those huge crowds were there to celebrate his being president. I wouldn't put it past him. He's definitely egotistical enough to have told himself that.

Don’t matter. Unpersons. You (male) can do whatever you want with, too, and about her. She’s nothing. Use ‘em & lose ‘em.

That’s trump.
