Rep. Matthew Hill: "IUD? No, What is a IUD?"
Segments from a 2010 Tennessee General Assembly video wherein Rep. Matthew Hill (R-7, Jonesborough) - a graduate of East Tennessee State University - during questioning on the floor about his legislation, Hill was asked by Rep. Jeanne Richardson as to if he knew about IUD's (and he didn't).
Hill later goes on to tell other members of the Tennessee House of Representatives that his then 22 month-old son Caleb would engage his father in an abortion discussion about "saving babies"...
