I just finished a 2 1/2 mile walk. As of yesterday's weigh in, I have lost 75 pounds.
This time last year I had trouble walking from my recliner to the car, it hurt my knees so much, now......
I am seriously thinking of signing up for a 5k walk/run my town is having in Oct. I think I can do it, I really want to! I'm really starting to love the new me?

I am just past 2.5 years from my 60 lb loss - and I did not ever call what I did a diet - I called it a lifesytle change - slammed the door on the old way. the new way works just great....and I've never, ever felt so good!
You can do it (the 5K).....DO IT!
