I haven’t tried these yet because I will have to find self rising flour and get some yogurt but this will happen soon!

I like the three variations of coating too, but would add cinnamon to the sugar coating. And since these appear best as donut holes, I would use a melon baller or something like that to make them a bit bigger.

1. Quick self-rising flour

1C AP flour
1.5t baking powder
1t salt

3 cups self rising flour

1 1/2 cups yogurt


So ...for a small batch you could break down to 1 cup and 1/2 cup

8. Made these this morning

Kept forgetting to get the Greek yogurt but secured last night.

They are good! I made them a bit big so the very middle was undercooked when the color was right.

I used Agave syrup as the glaze/sugar coating.

Recommend for ease! Be sure to taste the first one for doneness
