Topped of with a bowl of French Vanilla ice cream. My cardiologists favorite diet.

It is very liberating when you come to the conclusion, that you have lived long enough, you have fulfilled your obligations to your family and to the world and you are free to indulge. Every day is a bonus prize. My Grandmother lived to be 104, by being very careful with her health and diet, but damn her life was boring.

Why live to 100 if you are not having any fun? We had chicken salad, ritz crackers, and homemade apple cake - a new recipe that I will make again as it is really good. (Uses 1.5 C of whole milk yogurt.) G'nite all.

There's still some cookies for dessert.

Al is cooking because I am hemming a pair of pants for him--I don't sew, so this is a project.
