Dinner 1/28/21

Fresh jalapenos, stuffed with Buffalo chicken dip, topped with bacon leftover from breakfast, and roasted. Spicy avocado on the side.

I made a batch of Buffalo chicken dip yesterday, had the peppers on hand and thought I'd experiment. Hope you get a chance to try it
