Two useful recipe links

Recently came across these two sites. Haven’t used a recipe yet but making a shopping list for next week.

One is a budget food blog. Well done and has meal prep info. Budgetbytes.com

https://www.budgetbytes.com/

The other is a link to yeprecipes’ “index” page.
User friendly! Great pictures. Clean, clean site. So tired of scrolling through blog for a mile to get to the recipe I just googled! So easy! Lots of ethnic cuisines too.

if you like to check out new cookbooks, this one is good because all the recipes come from newly released publications:

https://www.cookstr.com

There is also a bio of each chef at the recipe. Kinda' fun to read about their backgrounds.

The pics running at the top look delish!
Did you see the blistered tomato Galette? Looks scrumptious.

At central market yesterday.
Planning the galette as a meatless Monday entree tomorrow.

Excited!
