6. Meatloaf

Meatloaf, French fries (from scratch!), cucumber salad, apple crisp.

These last few days Iíve been experimenting with intermittent fasting and not eating until dinner timeónot a huge sacrifice since I never ate breakfast in the first place. So far, the only result fasting has produced has been that dinner has gotten very elaborate.

Desert? Boy I wish I had some ice cream. But prob won't get out until next week with all the snow. Today is the first melt day in about 10. Every 2 days we had 5 more inches.

8. We are having leftover New England seafood chowder, a kale salad with poppy seed dressing and

dried cranberries and poppy seeds. I also made gluten free cornbread which really turned out well. Gluten free baking is always a challenge. Have a nice evening guys.

9. Here's my 15,000 post and dinner is left-overs!

Chicken Tetrazzini with egg noodles, homemade mushroom gravy, peas, chopped onion, minced garlic and four kinds of grated cheeses all combined in a glass casserole dish then baked.

Romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes, slices of red/green/yellow peppers and pine nuts with olive oil and vinegar.

Orange slices for dessert. Maybe a brandy.

I was saving this milestone post for your group, NJCher. I know, it's silly. But thanks for all the great ideas that come from the posters on this Group.
