I always wondered if eBay shipped dinner ... I know DoorDash ... they'd never find me.

Tonight is some kind of beef stew, with the usual vegetables.

Breakfast was pizza with chocolate crust reconstituted from hard chocolate rolls that were a flop last evening.

I hope to get to the store this week. It's been 24 inches of ice, and I doubt it's going away with these measly 40 degree melts.

Only March? We'll get pasted again.

Leftover tomato ragu, heavy on the mushrooms with italian sausage. Thawed and added a can of tomatoes to it. Going to add a bag of pre-made ravioli to it. Going to be good I think. Hopefully the frozen ravioli is good.

Catalan asparagus vinaigrette, cornbread, and a German Gerwürztraminer. All well-enjoyed.

The cornbread recipe was from the back of the Bob's Red Mill bag. I had to sour sweet milk instead of using buttermilk, and omitted the sugar because we don't like sweet cornbread. Usually I use more cornmeal and less flour but was running low.

Decided to go Italian... marinade with zesty italian dressing and a dash or worstershire

then some rotini with red sauce and a caesar salad...

dessert is some homemade hamantaschen cookies from my daughter, with jam made from scratch! strawberry or apricot?

(Pike Place Market stall) Pasta with homemade meatballs. The sauce was EVOO and a bit of pasta water with the garlic and onion I sautéed with the meatballs.
