because I get up early on Thursday to tend the stray cat jail. Therefore:

Pasta with crumbled thick-sliced bacon, campari tomatoes (quartered), and basil. Glass of red wine

Tonight's post is being dictated by my lovely wife, the Landlady(!).

Appetizer: Chopped avocado salad with hearts of palm, shallots, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, thyme and a squeeze of lemon.

Entree: Pan-fried catfish, Panko style placed upon a bed of chopped Romaine. Sauces on the side: Texas Pete's, tartar and cocktail.

Home baked cookies for dessert.

(She's doing the cooking so I'll only have to clean up!)
