water is heating for coffee in a few minutes.
Later I'll heat up some of the left over biryani from last night.

1. Oatmeal with dates, walnuts, and raisins;

cranberry-orange muffin, coffee and cream.

1/2 banana

then a quick trip to the post office and little store for meats and veggies (corned beef and cabbage).

Upon return, I had two cold hard boiled eggs mashed with mayo and mustard on whole wheat toast.

FLFC had some steak trimmings and temptations cat treats and then an OUT!

4. leftovers

A small chorizo with some vegetables.

Then maybe a few crackers with egg or salmon salad.
