Pastrami sandwich (actually a muffaletta)on Pain D'avignon artisan bread.

Baby arugula salad with no dressing.

Sea salt/vinegar kettle chips.

Bread and butter pickles.

Lemon-vanilla bar with lemon cookies. Mug of cider.

1. Cottage pie in a cast iron skillet

Beef, vegetables, mushrooms, mushroom soup, onion. I'm using garlic instant mashed potatoes.

2. We ordered out for a change...have not done that so long I can't remember when.

We are having artichoke dip with taco chips, for hubs and me. Hubs is having a burger, salad and onion rings. I am having ribs and sweet potato fries and sauteed zucchini.
