hot decafe tea.

I went to the grocery last week, first time since last October, when I put my jacket on, it was not tight, but I realized my newly acquired love of hot buttered sourdough bread was a bit much. Time to eat less carbs 😔 and more veggies. I do like salad and lean protein combo.

We're going to doctor-up a frozen pizza. I haven't decided what we'll put on it yet. I'm thinking ham, onions, broccoli, peppers and extra cheese.

simple salad on the side.
