Korean BarBQ steaks.

Tossed green salad using romaine. Artichokes, goat cheese, sliced red and green peppers, radish, scallions.

Zucchini-onion-potato pie.

Dessert: Yellow cake fresh out of the oven with vanilla Swiss almond ice cream. Hot mug of cranberry hibiscus tea.

1. Homemade chicken noodle soup is in the crockpot now. Noodles go in later. nt

2. Chicken Parmesean

Hand tenderized, sautéed and finished with cheese and sauce in the oven broiler. Plus some boiled spicy with olive oil and salt and potato pancakes. Ben and Jerry's Americone for dessert.

It' a sweet potato, beef cubes, carrot, escarole in a frying pan.

One of my stove burners went kaput today, have to pull it apart. There's everything to fix in the spring, no time to cook.
