Chicken enchilladas with homemade tortillas.

The usual ingredients: chicken, seasoned tomatoes and chiles, garlic and onion all sautéed then wrapped in the tortillas.

Yellow rice and an avocado salad on the side.

it's the last of the steaks that Al's son gave him for his birthday. I defrosted it in the fridge overnight, then took it out of the fridge to get to room temperature with some steak seasoning on it.

They had some nice looking fiilets on sale yesterday.

I also got a head of cauliflower to pulverize in the food processor for some cauliflower "fried rice".

FLFC wasn't hungry tonight and is sleeping. He did eat some earlier today.
