posting early due to working lateFish tacos. In addition to shrimp, they have spinach, tomato, asparagus, red onion piled high. The RG bought the pitas freshly made at the bakeshop/Middle Eastern market.
Dessert: carrot cake. I bought it at a different bakery. It has too much frosting on it, though, so we'll have to scrape some of it off. That and a mug of ginger tea should top off a good dinner later.

I have a basic recipe I go by using allspiceand nutmeg in the meatballs. Most recipes add dijon mustard to the sauce and use heavy cream. I don't like dijon, so for the tangy taste I use sour cream.

Giant Eagle. I had a salad with fresh Ohio grown (no soil) lettuce, pears, cucumbers, shredded carrots , dried cranberries, almonds and home made blue cheese dressing. No dessert until the weekend.
