In addition, a Swiss cheese-filled rosti.
Greek salad with kalamata olives, red onion, goat cheese, spinach and romaine. Caesar dressing and freshly ground black pepper.
Dessert: An Enlightened "keto culture" caramel dark chocolate peanut ice cream bar.

Does your Swiss cheese-filled rosti use a particular type of potato? I've never made that dish...it's on my bucket list.

Barbecued boneless pork ribs on the grill, (I love to grill). Stubbs sauce.
Marinated then grilled vegetables including zucchini, onion, orange peppers and green beans.
Baked sweet potato with butter and a splash of maple syrup.
