1. I have a lasagna in the freezer which I am going to pull out.

Time for a defrost so I can reprovision before we take off this weekend.

How about you?

2. Pizza with roasted red peppers, spinach, mushrooms and a blend of cheeses

and a salad of some sort .

3. Turkey Burgers

Baked beans, corn on the cob, and cole slaw. I'm BUSY!

4. It's pasta night but I've got a teen home sick and

pasta is his favorite dinner.

He's kept down some crackers and broth so far so maybe he'll be able to eat some plain pasta later.

Pretty much what the poster above is having on pizza I am throwing on pasta.

5. Orecchiette pasta with grilled chicken sausages and peppers

and salad on the side.

6. Cleaned out the fridge and pantry today

Had some round steak that was in a sale pack, some peppers that were 8/$1.00, onions, rice, corn tortillas

So....I steamed some rice. Sauteed the meat with onion and some salsa. Cut the tortillas into chips and baked them and grilled some peppers and onions.

Haven't eaten yet but looks great!

Downside....shopping tomorrow. Uggh.

7. ravioli

Gorgonzola and sundried tomato ravioli.

Made red grape, pear, and mint combination with lime juice and honey dressing for dessert.
