Broccoli cheddar soup, only I am going to change it to broccoli-cheddar-Swiss-parmesan soup.
Also adding some vegetable broth. Not that I didn't like it when I made it a few days ago, but it's always fun to experiment.
Cornbread muffins and a baby arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and toasted pignolis.
Lemon meringue pie for dessert with Earl Grey tea.

(7,080 posts)lightly floured and fried hot in oil, salt, pepper. Romaine/tomato salad, bosc pears, and Make Fudge Not War ice cream from Aldi. Husband likes to go fishing and managed to snag one using his new shrimp lure. He will be going back for more I am sure.

ETA: Huh. It wont display sautéed correctly in the title line. Lets see if this one comes out correctly...
ETA: Yep. Thats weird, never noticed that before. Must be because of the accent mark?
