Breakfast: Sunday, 4/18/21

I had some leftover cauliflower "rice" from the other night. It had diced carrots, broccoli, pepper and onions in it. I added some cut-up sausage links, crisped it up in a skillet, and served it w/ a cheesy egg and a few dashes of hot sauce.

1. I made pumpkin muffins

2. Scrambled eggs with jalapeos, plain bagel,

cranberry-grape juice, coffees with vanilla creamer.

3. shrimp omelette

and a slice of a new kind of brioche I bought--it has chocolate in it.

Mandarin.

Decaf coffee with half 'n half.

4. I baked some bacon.

Sort of like bacon jerky.
