Pasta bolognese.

Ruffly green salad with lemon mustard vinaigrette. I think I'll only chop chives to go in this salad.

For dessert, miniature chocolate covered vanilla bars. They have chocolate chips in them.

Bolognese! Such a comforting meal when it is spitting snow outside here at the moment...

However, we're having bulgogi elk bowls with jasmine rice and stir fried broccoli in garlic sauce.

3. Beef, Potato and Mushroom soup

4. spitty rain and cold wind here, so soup! Chicken Garlic Tortileni in chicken stock

I added frozen spinach to the broth, garlic, onions, Italian seasonings. Let it boil 10 min, topped with Parmesan cheese.

5. Boeuf Bourguignon

The temperatures have been in the 20s all day with winds at 20-30 mph. Definitely another comfort food day.

French beef stew with potatoes, carrots and onions along with burgundy wine to make the gravy/sauce. Floured the beef cubes then pan fried them briefly before tossing them in the crockpot with the vegetables. Cooked for about 4 hours.

A nice big mixed greens 'n' goodies salad.

Vanilla ice cream with pirouette cookies for dessert.

6. hot dogs

we're keeping it simple again tonight, as we just brought Cuddles home from being spayed.

so hot dogs is pretty much it.

There's some fresh pineapple for dessert if we decide we want something sweet.

7. progresso clam chowder . single slice of pizza (round table) yougert milk,

annd my evening meds .

and artisan bread slices w/butter.
