1. Good morning irisblue

FLFC woke me about an hour ago. He was barking at my empty chair. He used to come to my bed and do this but he now goes to the source because I keep his snacks behind my chair. I've now given him snacks and he's back to sleep. I'm not sure if I'm up yet so just a glass of water and some DU so far.

Waffle, maple syrup. One Beyond sausage patty. Earl Grey tea.
Half a banana topped with cherry yogurt and chopped almonds.

Today is 2 weeks since my second vaccine shot, so I'm going to do something I wouldn't have done before. What that will be, I don't know but I'm thinking a museum. Or a visit to a secondhand shop. Or maybe a shopping trip to a home goods store. An adjustment from my chiro? Lotsa' possibilities.
