What's for Dinner, Mon., May 3, 2021

Shrimpburger.

Coleslaw.

Cauliflower Buffalo Chicken Wings. Supposedly the garbanzo flour exterior makes them taste like the real thing. We shall see....

This is probably one of those recipes I'll fool around with until midnight and won't even get to eat until tomorrow.

Dessert: new kind of peanut butter cookie from Aldi. They're called "peanut butter melts" and they have a creamy peanut butter filling.

Sweet and spicy earth tea to go with the cookies.

cheese and over-easy eggs on an Everything burger bun, left over mixed veggies and lemon curd applied, and some applesauce.

Ice cream cups for dessert, in some new flavor we never had before...Kroger Private Select Cannoli...
