Chinese dumplings, only this time I am going to do them in layers in a skillet. First the wrapper, then the filling, then another wrapper. I am going to cook them over low heat in toasted sesame oil so the wrapper will be crispy.

We started with soup, then appetizers of spicy shrimp tempora roll, deep fried gyoza, tempora vegetables, then split a meal of filet, fried rice, and vegetables.
It was good, but I think we're going to stay away from that place until the pandemic is over. I won't be surprised if 70% of the people in this county - Santa Rosa County, FL - don't become infected. 70% of the county are registered republicans. Very few are wearing masks here.
